The “Bavarian Lux” differs from the entry level “Bavarian S” only for the traditional engraving that covers the entire frame and trigger guard. The “Bavarian Lux Left” is its left-handed version. The “Battue” has been specifically studied for driven hunts and comes with a barrel 7 cm shorter than on any other model and different metal sights better suited for fast aiming. Bolt
The head of the bolt has two locking lugs with a claw extractor built into the body; the case ejector is of the piston type. The entire cartridge head is contained within the housing. There is an appendix on one of the locking lugs which acts as a guide for smoother running.

Receiver
At Zoli the bolt and receiver are both made from solid steel bar using CNC machines and then undergo surface hardening treatment. A point of note is that the recoil lug is an integral part of the bar stock used to produce the receiver thus giving added strength and increased accuracy.

This special system eliminates all possible risks connected with use of the set trigger, which, together with the standard double safety catch, means that Zoli rifles are truly unbeatable in terms of safe operation.

All New Edition models can be glass bedded between the action and stock. This can be done at the front or the front and the rear of the receiver to further enhance accuracy.
